Returns, refunds and cancellations

Refunds issued after inspection typically within 3-5 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
A handling charge of 10% will be applied.
No refunds for special ordered items
Warranties and defects
Products are supplied with statutory warranties. Genuine JCB parts have a six month warranty. Non genuine and OEM parts are covered by a twelve month manufactures warranty. Warranties are voided if a part has been damaged or fitted incorrectly. If a part fails due to other factors (such as contamination or a part already fitted to the machine causes the new part to fail) the warranty is voided. Any parts returned for warranty will be sent back to our supplier or manufacturer for testing.
No refund will be given if our supplier or manufacturer finds the part to have encountered any of the above.

Except as required by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those expressly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not apply to personal injury or death caused by our negligence where law prohibits exclusion.

All site content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
